Job summary

MANE is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to manage food and catering for the Development Center Building, oversee facility cleanliness, and support meetings and events. The role interacts with employees, vendors, auditors, and guests across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in food service and custodial work, with flavor industry exposure preferred. This is a safety- and service‑focused role with opportunities for growth within MANE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of food service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of custodial experience in industrial or construction settings preferred.
• Flavor industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage food and catering for Development Center events and meetings.
• Maintain cleanliness in break areas, conference rooms, and related spaces.
• Assist with setup/teardown of meals and events, including decoration and serviceware.
• Maintain supplies and inventory for the Customer Experience areas.
• Assist with front desk duties and mail distribution as needed.
• Support other teams (Sensory, Consumer Insights, Marketing) with special needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
