Job summary

Convene Hospitality Group seeks a Hospitality Coordinator to manage daily operations of our workplace, meetings, and events. You will report to the Service Manager and General Manager, delivering exceptional environments for tenants and guests while collaborating across departments.

In this client-facing role, you’ll handle welcome desks, event logistics, and building coordination with teams such as Culinary, Technology and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and a service-first mindset.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in all guests, clients, and workplace members.
• Manage lobby/reception flow, VIP arrivals, and guest support.
• Maintain desk/floor ownership with coverage, cleanliness and organization.
• Manage coat check, lost & found, and front-of-house operations.
• Support end-to-end meetings and events; coordinate load-in/out, freight, and vendor logistics.
• Create event materials (run-of-show, signage, menu cards) and assist with setup/breakdown.
• Partner with building management on security, maintenance, and event logistics; submit facility tickets and coordinate guards/porters.
