BASE ONE in Dublin, OH is seeking a warm, energetic Community + Guest Experience Coordinator to join our hospitality-focused team. This role blends guest services, front desk support, events, coffee and beverage service, space management, and community engagement in an elevated, creative environment.

You will greet guests, assist with events, provide basic tech support during trainings, and help keep spaces welcoming and well-stocked.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist attendees with a warm, upbeat approach
• Provide elevated beverage service including coffee and light snacks
• Support events from setup through teardown, including food and beverage service
• Give tours and complimentary tastings to guests
• Keep spaces clean, stocked, and ready for the next experience
• Handle transactions, deposits, and petty cash with accuracy
• Assist with opening/closing duties and space reconfiguration
• Provide basic tech support during trainings using onboarding knowledge
• Adhere to company and alcohol service standards
