Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will educate guests on product features and benefits, engage with the community, and contribute to a luxury store environment.

You will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, handle transactions, and support in-store programs while embodying lululemon’s values of inclusion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless guest experience with omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move on the sales floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to address it.
