lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in-store. You will share top-quality product education and authentically convey our community and culture to guests while supporting store operations and teamwork.

The role emphasizes engagement with guests, on-floor presence, and collaboration with leadership to continuously improve guest satisfaction in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Right to Work documents (EMEA only) and applicable local requirements.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsabilités

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to take appropriate action.
