Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail stores. Educators engage with guests, share high-quality product education, and authentically connect with the community and culture.

They are responsible for creating a memorable guest experience, supporting store operations, and representing our inclusive, growth-focused culture. Flexibility in schedule and a readiness to move through the store are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the location
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transport
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience that respects their time
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits
• Facilitate a seamless guest experience with omnichannel programs (BOPIS, phone sales, ship from store)
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make it right
