lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail stores. You’ll engage guests, share top‑quality product education, and connect with our community, embodying our culture and values.

You’ll move on the floor, support store operations, restock, and participate in omnichannel programs while upholding safety policies and a collaborative team environment. Flexible evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to move around a store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class guest experience and product education to ensure satisfaction.
• Engage with guests, assess needs, and offer customized purchase and return solutions.
• Facilitate seamless omnichannel guest experiences (buy online/pickup in store, etc.).
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and restock as needed.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
