Job summary

lululemon is hiring Educators to deliver world-class guest service in our stores. You will educate guests on product benefits, engage with shoppers, and help connect them with community and culture.

You will move on the shop floor, drive seamless omnichannel experiences, and collaborate with teammates to maintain a premium store environment while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and compliance with local requirements (EMEA note).
• Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that respects their time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience with accurate, timely transactions and omnichannel options.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make it right for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks and maintain store appearance per standards.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and guest experiences.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
