Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great experience and respect their time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide tailored purchase and return solutions.
• Provide product education by explaining value and benefits of items.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and address store needs.
• Gather guest feedback and work with leadership to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with team to optimize guest experience and store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock as needed.
• Operate in-store technology to support operations and guest experience.
