You’ll operate on the floor, support omnichannel programs, restock, and maintain the store’s premium environment while collaborating with teammates to ensure a memorable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legally authorized to work in the country/store location.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move on floor and assist guests, collaborating with team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class guest experience and educate guests on product benefits.
• Provide tailored product education and assist with purchases and returns.
• Execute omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Restock items and maintain store presentation.
• Keep store clean and safe; follow policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment.
