Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our Fresno store. You will educate guests on technical fabrics, engage with shoppers, and demonstrate how our products support movement and wellness.

You will collaborate with teammates to maintain a beautifully organized store, process transactions smoothly, and participate in inclusive, energetic team culture that values diversity and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Provide world-class guest service and product knowledge in a retail setting.
• Ability to articulate product benefits and technical fabric details to guests.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store, etc.).
• Collaborate with team to ensure a superior guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience that values guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and support store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to address issues.
