lululemon in Corte Madera, CA is seeking an Educator to deliver world‑class guest service in our premium retail environment. You will share high‑quality product education, connect with guests, and help create an engaging, inclusive store experience.

On the sales floor you will restock, present merchandise, operate in-store tech, and support store operations while upholding safety policies. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and a passion for helping guests live

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and respect guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move continuously on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and improve the guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock or relocate items according to company standards.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, luxury environment and adhere to policies and procedures.
