lululemon in Jackson is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our luxury retail setting. You will educate guests on product features, assist with purchases, and contribute to an inclusive, high-energy team focused on service excellence.

As an Educator, you’ll move through the store to engage guests, restock and present merchandise, and support store operations while upholding safety policies and company standards.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to travel to assigned store.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a timely manner.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value.
• Facilitate seamless omnichannel transactions (BOPIS, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to address issues.
• Collaborate to ensure an inclusive, supportive team environment.
• Establish relationships with team members to optimize guest experience.
• Perform product presentation and restock according to standards.
• Use in-store technology to support operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, adhering to policies.
