Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to lead guest experiences in our Jacksonville store. You will deliver top-notch product education, engage customers with authentic knowledge of our community, and help guests find solutions that fit their needs.

You will move on the floor to assist guests, perform transactions, and support omnichannel programs while upholding our inclusive, energetic culture. Training provided to excel in service, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the store location.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest service and authentic product education.
• Engage guests, assess needs, and offer customized purchase solutions.
• Facilitate seamless transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Keep store floor stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Provide positive experiences and address guest feedback with leadership.
• Collaborate with team to support store operations and culture.
