lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and authentically communicate our community and culture.

Educators are experts in creating connection, driving guest satisfaction, and supporting store operations with a collaborative mindset. A strong focus on inclusion and teamwork helps us build an equitable environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experience with transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to take action.
