The role emphasizes collaboration with teammates to ensure a premier guest experience, accurate transactions, and adherence to store standards while supporting omnichannel programs and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences by understanding needs and providing solutions.
• Provide technical product education and speak authentically about the community and culture.
• Support store operations and ensure seamless omnichannel guest experiences (in-store, online pickup, phone sales).
• Maintain store presentation by restocking and organizing product on the floor.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and assist with store needs.
