lululemon Educator role focuses on delivering world-class customer service and product education in our retail stores. You will engage guests, share product knowledge authentically, and represent our community and culture with enthusiasm and care.

Responsibilities include facilitating seamless guest experiences, collaborating with teammates, restocking, operating point-of-sale tasks, and maintaining a clean, luxury store environment. Flexibility with schedule and travel as needed are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action.
