HHM Hotels in Big Sky, MT is seeking a Driver to safely transport guests between the hotel and various locations, while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and guest comfort. You will greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and complete transportation logs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and traffic laws.

You will also support peak check-in/out periods as a Bell Attendant when needed and uphold HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines.

Qualifications

• Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner and provide information as needed.
• Drive shuttle vans to airport and local locations while prioritizing safety.
• Load and unload luggage and assist guests as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner immediately upon interaction.
• Transport guests safely to and from airport or other locations by driving shuttle vans or other vehicles.
• Provide information regarding the local community upon request.
• Load and unload guest luggage and other materials.
• Complete required transportation logs.
• Report vehicle mechanical problems immediately.
• Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Work as a Bell Attendant during staffing shortages or peak check-in/check-out periods.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM Hotels’ EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
