• Guest Focus: Maintain 90%+ mystery shop score and respond promptly to feedback.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on product information and promotions.
• Work Ethic: Support company appearance standards through daily tasks.
• Cash Controls: Handle cash within daily tolerances.
• Merchandising: Assist floor moves, displays and store housekeeping.
• Replenishment: Help restock and monitor floor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: Follow all policies including pricing and loss prevention.
• Sales: Complete transactions accurately and encourage purchases.
• Safety: Practice safety, clean spills, lift properly, report incidents.
• Cleanliness: Keep store welcoming and clean.
• Extra Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned.
