Job summary

UDF is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cincinnati, OH for a full-time role (37-40 hours/week) with 1st-3rd shift options. Pay range is $14.75/hour - $16.75/hour, and the role emphasizes delivering The Hi Five Guest Experience and safe, compliant store operations.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, store administration, and exceptional guest service, plus DipSide and POS/gas operations. Must meet state requirements for alcohol/tobacco sales and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Legal to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco in Ohio
• Strong customer service and people management skills
• Ability to train and coach staff across shifts

Responsibilities

• Supervise other associates, assign duties, coach and train Shift Leaders and Guest Services staff.
• Manage store administration tasks including paperwork, delivery reports, and product transfers.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, greet guests warmly, anticipate needs, and ensure guests leave satisfied.
