Job summary

American Cruise Lines seeks a Cruise & Excursions Director to lead engaging shipboard activities and shore excursions, creating a premium guest experience.

The role reports to the Hotel General Manager and requires strong presentation, vendor coordination, and guest relations skills for 7 days per week onboard service. A dynamic, energetic leader with a passion for guest satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, tourism, or event management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Strong public speaking skills and presentation abilities.
• Strong social skills and customer-facing confidence.
• TWIC credential and ability to work on ships.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and execute engaging entertainment and activity programs to enhance guest experience.
• Coordinate shore excursions, inventory, and vendor communications.
• Greet guests and accompany them on daily excursions as brand ambassador.
• Communicate program details via shipboard announcements and PA systems.
• Oversee, manage inventory and collateral for ports and regions.
