Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive hotel experience or related field.
• Supervisory responsibilities and staff development experience.
• Customer-focused, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests and issues with courtesy and timeliness.
• Coach and discipline Guest Services staff per SOPs.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through daily review of status and forecasts.
