Job summary

Park Shore Waikiki, located across from Waikiki Beach, seeks a Guest Services Manager (OEM) to lead the Front Office team, resolve guest issues, and maximize occupancy with a strong emphasis on service standards. You will work to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction while supervising staff across shifts.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Windows-based tools.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• Effective communication with all levels of employees and guests.
• Must multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Attend all hotel-required meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the Front Desk and related areas.
• Resolve guest complaints and maximize room revenue and occupancy.
• Train Guest Services staff and ensure SOP compliance.
• Maintain cash handling and balance the house bank.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and third-party vendors for seamless service.
• Operate Front Office systems, generate reports, and monitor performance.
• Ensure familiarity with emergency procedures and safety policies.
