Job summary

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Two years of prior work experience in front-of-house supervision and leadership.
• Ability to work in a team setting and provide strong customer service.
• Basic computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hire, orient, schedule, train, coach, and counsel dining room waitstaff and housekeeping staff.
• Lead Sales while Manager on Duty each week and respond to inquiries, tours, and lease signings.
• Answer calls promptly and transfer to appropriate personnel.
• Provide feedback and manage team performance.
• Establish and manage labor budgets and expenses.
• Ensure dining programs meet residents' expectations and safety standards.
