Job summary

Holiday by Atria in Corvallis, Oregon, seeks an Hospitality Manager to lead dining room and housekeeping teams, ensuring outstanding service to our residents and a well-maintained community.

You will oversee dining operations, training, scheduling, budgeting, and customer satisfaction, while collaborating with the Executive Chef and General Manager to deliver a remarkable dining experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Two-year Associates Degree preferred.
• Two years of prior work experience in front-of-house supervision and leadership.
• Ability to work in a team and provide strong customer service.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must possess valid driver's license and comply with MV Policy standards.
• Must complete all Atria training programs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, orient, schedule, train, coach dining room waitstaff and housekeeping staff.
• Lead Sales while Manager on Duty each week, include tours and lease signing.
• Answer incoming calls promptly in a welcoming manner.
• Provide timely feedback and consistent performance management.
• Establish and manage labor and supplies budget and expenses.
• Control overtime within prescribed standards.
• Provide high levels of customer service, restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Work with Executive Chef and GM to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Review daily menu with residents and staff; coordinate room service delivery.
• Train team on Company standards (cleanliness, sanitation, appearance, service).
• Visually confirm tables are set per standards.
• Solve issues before they become problems or complaints.
• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/Executive Director is not on site.
• May perform other duties as needed.
