Holiday by Atria is hiring waitstaff to support dining services for residents at our community in Eugene, OR. You will help with setting and clearing tables, taking orders, and delivering meals with a focus on outstanding resident service.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided, and paid training is included. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment that values team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• No experience needed.
• On-the-job training - paid training.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide high-quality service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and events.
• Create teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize dining room areas and equipment.
