Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee dining room and housekeeping teams, ensuring exceptional service for residents. You will drive guest satisfaction, staff training, and daily operations in a community setting.

You will lead tours, respond to inquiries, and manage budgets while collaborating with the Executive Chef and General Manager to maintain high dining standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Supervise front-of-house staff and leadership experience in hospitality.
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on residents' satisfaction.
• Experience budgeting and scheduling to meet budgets and census needs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, orient, schedule, train, coach, and counsel dining room waitstaff and housekeeping staff.
• Lead Sales as Manager on Duty each week, including tours and lease signings.
• Answer calls promptly and transfer to appropriate personnel; provide timely feedback and performance coaching.
• Establish and manage labor and supplies budgets and expenses; control overtime.
• Ensure restaurant-style dining atmosphere and high levels of service; coordinate with Executive Chef.
