Job summary

Atria Senior Living seeks a dining services supervisor to lead overall meal operations across all dining venues. You will hire, train, and develop wait staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming dining atmosphere for residents and guests.

Work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and the Executive Director to align dining programs with resident preferences, manage events, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of front‑of‑house supervision experience.
• College or culinary institute degree preferred.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meals operations and service in all dining venues.
• Hire, train and develop wait staff; manage performance.
• Provide high levels of customer service and dining atmosphere.
• Collaborate with Director of Culinary Services and Executive Director.
• Assist with menu planning, events and special occasions.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and adherence to standards.
