Beemok Hospitality Holdings LLC's CurrentBurger is seeking a friendly Counter Attendant to greet guests, take orders accurately, and assist with daily restaurant operations. You will operate the POS system, answer menu questions, and ensure orders are delivered with warmth and precision.

This role requires strong communication, cash-handling experience, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or guest service preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math proficiency and cash-handling experience.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and attentive in a high-volume service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor reflecting BHC standards.
• Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system and confirm details.
• Answer guest questions about menu offerings, ingredients, and dietary restrictions.
• Communicate guest requests and allergy information to culinary and service teams.
• Deliver food and beverages with order accuracy, timing, and presentation.
• Process payments and reconcile transactions at shift end with accuracy.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and restock supplies as needed.
• Open, side work, and close duties as assigned; follow food safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with managers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
