Job summary

CurrentBurger in Charleston is seeking a friendly Counter Attendant to greet guests, accurately enter food and beverage orders, and support daily restaurant operations with warmth and teamwork.

You will process cash and card payments, communicate guest needs to the kitchen, deliver orders with care, maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and help ensure a fast, welcoming dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math proficiency and cash-handling experience.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Process cash, credit card, gift card, and mobile payments accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages with order accuracy and timely presentation.
