Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of casual dining experience in a high-volume hospitality atmosphere.
• RBS and ServSafe/Food Handler’s training/certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional Guest service to all Guests and Team Members.
• Promote the Players Club loyalty program to Guests.
• Take and prepare Guests’ orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness of all areas including tables, floors, and dish removal.
• Follow proper food handling procedures including dating, stocking, storing, and checking temps.
• Process payments and balance cash drawers.
• Maintain menu/product knowledge and assist Guest inquiries.
• Stock supplies and restock inventory like napkins and condiments.
• Collaborate with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and side work.
• Uphold food safety standards and FIFO where applicable.
