Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest service to all Guests and Team Members.
• Promote the Players Club loyalty program to Guests.
• Take and prepare Guests orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure areas are clean, including tables, floors, and removing dishes and debris.
• Follow proper food handling procedures: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Process payments and balance cash drawers.
• Maintain menu knowledge and assist Guests with inquiries.
• Stock supplies and restock napkins, straws, and condiments.
• Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operation.
• Complete all side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Monitor and maintain food safety standards.
• FIFO management of Food and Beverage supplies.
