Job summary

Toyota of Naperville is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Greeter/Customer Care Coordinator to join our service team. This is a full-time, hourly position where you will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide exceptional service.

You will need open availability Monday-Friday from 11am - 8pm and Saturday from 9am-6pm. As the welcoming face of the service drive, you will greet guests, assist service advisors, and help maintain a smooth, organized customer experience in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all guests promptly and professionally as they enter the service lanes.
• Provide a warm and friendly first impression to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Tag and bag the interior of vehicles (seat covers, floor mats, steering wheel covers, etc.) to protect customer property.
• Inform guests that a Service Advisor will be with them shortly and offer assistance as needed.
• Maintain awareness of service lane traffic flow to ensure guests are acknowledged in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive area.
• Assist with directing vehicles safely into and out of the service lanes when needed.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Support overall customer satisfaction by delivering attentive and courteous service.
