Toyota of Naperville is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Greeter/Customer Care Coordinator. This full-time, hourly Service position is the first point of contact for customers and aims to deliver exceptional service. Open availability Monday–Friday 11am–8pm and Saturday 9am–6pm is required.

Compensation includes paid vacation, holidays, benefits, and 5 days per week. You will be an important part of a positive customer experience and team-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet all guests promptly and professionally as they enter the service lanes.
• Provide a warm and friendly first impression to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Tag and bag the interior of vehicles (seat covers, floor mats, steering wheel covers, etc.) to protect customer property.
• Inform guests that a Service Advsior will be with them shortly and offer assistance as needed.
• Maintain awareness of service lane traffic flow to ensure guests are acknowledged in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive area.
• Assist with directing vehicles safely into and out of the service lanes when needed.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Support overall customer satisfaction by delivering attentive and courteous service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work in a team as well as independently
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
