Toyota of Naperville seeks a friendly, customer-focused Greeter/Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, hourly position. You will be the first contact for customers in the service lanes, delivering a welcoming experience and guiding them to service staff.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining drive-area cleanliness, and assisting with vehicle flow while ensuring exceptional service. Requires good communication, teamwork, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a team as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all guests promptly and professionally as they enter the service lanes.
• Provide a warm and friendly first impression to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Tag and bag the interior of vehicles to protect customer property.
• Inform guests that a Service Advisor will be with them shortly and offer assistance as needed.
• Maintain awareness of service lane traffic flow to ensure guests are acknowledged in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive area.
• Assist with directing vehicles safely into and out of the service lanes when needed.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Support overall customer satisfaction by delivering attentive and courteous service.

Toyota of Naperville is seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Greeter/Customer Care Coordinator. This is a full-time, hourly Service job in the auto industry where you will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide exceptional customer service. As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers. You will need to have open availability Monday-Friday from 11am - 8 pm and Saturday from 9am-6pm.
