Job summary

Toyota of Naperville is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Greeter/Customer Care Coordinator. This full-time, hourly Service position is the first point of contact for customers and aims to deliver exceptional service. Open availability Monday–Friday 11am–8pm and Saturday 9am–6pm is required.

Compensation includes paid vacation, holidays, benefits, and 5 days per week. You will be an important part of a positive customer experience and team-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally as they enter the service lanes.
• Provide a warm, first impression to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist guests and direct vehicles as needed and coordinate with Service Advisors.
