Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct check-in procedures.
• Assist guests with reservations and inquiries by phone or in person.
• Process cash and card transactions and close guest accounts at check-out.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and The Café.
• Maintain front desk and café area cleanliness and organization.
• Assist other team members and departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
