Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service are essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to appropriate department.
• Provide information and take detailed messages as needed.
• Communicate professionally with callers and guests.
• Relay messages to relevant parties promptly.
• Assist with clerical duties as requested.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
