Job summary

Honda of Fife is seeking a friendly, professional Full-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership. You will greet guests, answer calls, and direct customers to the right team while performing light administrative tasks.

The position starts at $18.00 per hour with potential pay increases after 90 days. Benefits include medical, dental & vision insurance, 401(k), paid training, paid time off, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming dealership phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Greet and welcome customers and guests.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or notify staff when a guest arrives.
• Provide helpful and friendly customer service throughout the dealership.
• Cooperate with Sales, Service, Parts, and other departments.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, including typing and data entry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
