Asbury is seeking a energetic Receptionist for David McDavid Honda of Frisco Honda to greet guests, answer inbound calls, and direct inquiries to the correct department. The position involves multi-tasking, basic computer tasks (Outlook, internet usage), and a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Advanced computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook) a must

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and determine the nature of their visit
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or individual
• Take detailed messages and provide basic information to callers
• Communicate with callers and customers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Provide clerical support as requested
• Other duties to be determined by management
• Must be eighteen years of age and pass pre-employment screens
