Job summary

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. in New York seeks a Coordinator, Event Production to support planning, setup, and day-of-event execution at MSG venues.

The role requires 2–3 years in entertainment, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in the entertainment industry.
• 2nd item
• 60 college credit hours preferred or equivalent certifications.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5th item
• Proficiency with Mac, MS Office, Google Drive and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Administer event planning with clients including staging, lighting, seating, and staffing for events.
• Oversee load-in and installation by defined deadlines.
• Coordinate day-of event execution and troubleshoot issues.
• Act as Event Manager on duty for internal and external clients.
• Provide logistics support for events across MSG venues.
• Process and track payments for vendors and consultants.
• Maintain event calendars and related schedules.
• Produce CAD drawings illustrating setups and layouts.
• Collaborate with production teams and external contacts.
