Job summary

WinShape Foundation Inc. is seeking a Coordinator, Customer Experience - Marriage to provide day-to-day guest support and office administration, focusing on building lasting relationships with prospective and future guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presence during guest communications.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Manage guest registrations and maintain guest records in Cvent, including approvals and updates.
• Administer guest experience processes (waitlists, transfers, cancellations, discounts, scholarships, gift handling).
• Maintain accuracy of guest financial and registration data for reporting and audits.
• Collaborate with event planning and operations to ensure accurate guest information and requirements.
• Coordinate pre-event communications (90/60/35 days) and respond to guest needs.
• Create exceptional guest experiences with personalized touches in collaboration with teams.
• Provide admin support to the WinShape Marriage team including meetings, calendars and materials.
