Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Event MS to help provide Owners/guests with memorable experiences and events, fostering meaningful moments in a supportive work environment.

You will promote the brand, manage event eligibility, coordinate vendors, and assist in sales presentations while supporting Sales & Marketing and ensuring guest satisfaction in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Background and drug screening may be required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Verify eligibility for events and related sales/tours.
• Oversee event development, create events, coordinate vendors, and manage data/invitations.
• Ensure vendors meet risk management requirements per contract review process.
• Explain attendance details for sales presentations to potential owners.
• Support coworkers in understanding their roles in events.
• Monitor events to meet quality standards and expectations.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
