Sailfish-Club-of-Florid is seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and to provide administrative support across the organization.

The role includes greeting guests, answering phones, coordinating dining reservations, assisting in flower arrangements, and supporting Culinary and F&B departments. Weekend and night availability is required.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
• Point of contact for Members.
• Stay up to date on club activities and functions.
• Take dining reservations and to-go orders.
• Assist in flower arrangements.
• Support Culinary and F&B departments.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
