Job summary

LeadStack Inc. in San Francisco is hiring a Workplace Experience Coordinator - Front Reception to be the first contact for guests, visitors, and employees arriving at our headquarters.

Based at the front desk of our Executive Business Center (EBC), you will greet and check in every guest, direct the flow of visitors, deliveries, and meeting traffic, and support the broader hospitality team with scheduling and space upkeep.

Qualifications

• Front desk, reception, or hospitality experience required.
• 2–3 years of front desk or guest-facing role preferred.
• Experience with visitor management and scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Staff the EBC front desk as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors.
• Track arrivals and direct guests to meeting rooms or amenities.
• Greet guests, issue visitor badges, and notify hosts.
• Assist with scheduling coordination for meetings and events.
• Perform regular walk-throughs of reception and meeting spaces and coordinate with Facilities.
