Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator - Front Reception in San Francisco to manage the front desk, greet guests, issue badges, and coordinate flow for high-traffic environments.

The role requires hospitality expertise, strong communication, and the ability to work with Security, Facilities, and Administrative teams. Onsite, 5 days/week, 12-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a corporate reception, front desk, or hospitality role.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume front-of-house environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with Security, Facilities, and Administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for guests, visitors, executives, vendors, and employees.
• Greet, check-in, issue badges, and direct guests to rooms and spaces.
• Maintain a polished, welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
• Assist with beverages, Wi‑Fi directions, and onsite needs.
• Coordinate high-volume traffic with teams to ensure smooth operations.
