Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Accommodate guest requests.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist as needed.
• Make guest reservations by phone or in person.
• Provide directions or recommendations for local amenities or attractions.
• Resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction in a timely manner.
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
• Process reports and complete end-of-shift paperwork and balance accounts.
• Communicate professionally with hotel associates.
