Priority Ford Norfolk is part of Lithia & Driveway and seeks a friendly Greeter to welcome customers and schedule appointments at our Norfolk showroom. You will guide visitors to the correct department, help create a positive, efficient showroom experience, and support team members throughout the vehicle ownership journey.

Qualifications

• Communication skills – communicate effectively with others.
• Time Management – ability to manage one's own time.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments & welcome the client when they arrive.
• Determine the nature of the client's visit & escort the client to the appropriate department/area.
• Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service.
• Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary.
• Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.
