Lithia & Driveway is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome clients at our Chesapeake, VA location. You will schedule arrivals, determine visit intent, and escort customers to the right department, while communicating customer needs to the team to deliver exceptional service.

The role includes light administrative tasks and maintaining comfortable waiting areas. A valid driver's license is required and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and staff.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and welcome clients when they arrive.
• Determine the nature of the client's visit and escort them to the appropriate department.
• Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations to ensure top service.
• Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
• Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.
