Job summary

Platinum Coastal Group is seeking an enthusiastic on-site hospitality team member to ensure smooth guest experiences from arrival through departure. You will anticipate needs, coordinate with activity staff, and engage guests with a friendly, proactive approach.

Ideal candidates are personable, dependable, and able to remain composed in busy environments. Prior hospitality exposure is helpful, but training is provided to develop excellent customer service and onsite collaboration skills.

This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.
